Sanskar Yogashala - Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh

Hari om, i have completed by 200Hrs TTC- Feb-2025 at Sanskar yogshala, it has been once in a life time experience for me, my fate had fortune, which has invited me here to this spiritual land to seek knowledge from the most spiritually inclined guru ji's (Naveen ji and Ajay ji) everything in the ashram was so systematic and disciplined. Yoga has opened up my life's purpose, i feel so motivated and uplifted that i stayed back, extended and did my 300Hrs TTC in the month of March-2025. Im forever grateful to the guru ji's for educating and guiding me through this journey of my yoga life. Sattiv food is was amazing. Over all Highly recommend. Great place to learn yoga and start the spiritual journey

The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Sanskar Yogashala India, taught and guided by Teacher Tanny, owner of Samadee Yoga & Retreat Krabi, has been a truly transformative experience. The course offered authentic yogic knowledge rooted in India -- covering philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and proper alignment in asanas. Teacher Tanny delivered every lesson with warmth, dedication, and clarity, making the learning process both inspiring and practical. It was not just a training course, but a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I am deeply grateful for this path of yoga.

My trip to Rishikesh was made truly special by meeting Guruji Ajay ji and Naveen ji at Sanskar Yoga Shala -- an absolutely mesmerizing experience. Sanskar Yoga Shala is a unique organization in India, dedicated to imparting authentic education and training in Yoga and the true essence of Indian culture. I had the privilege of presenting my book to them, which they graciously accepted, and I am deeply grateful for their warmth. The Shala is fully equipped with everything needed for genuine and holistic learning, and the staff's talent and humility are truly inspiring. The positive energy I felt there is beyond words. I completed my 300 hour Hatha TTC at Sanskar yogashala in March and would highly recommend the shala to others. I was seeking a course rich with yogic philosophy and I found that at Sanskar! The teaching cohort had so much wisdom to impart - Ajay Ji having decades of teaching under his belt and Nabeen Ji able to recite sutras off the top of his head to answer questions we had in class. The days are long and intense (as you would expect from a TTC), we enjoyed delicious sattvic food and fire puja every day. We were lucky enough to experience two excursions to the Himalayas during the month. I felt a part of the Sanskar family, always safe and the teachers went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a comfortable stay in Rishikesh. Thank you Sanskar for an incredible month

I arrived very confused, I left with clarity. The teachers are very prepared and help you understand what to work on best. It is certainly an intense course, but it gives you the roots to understand if you want to undertake the yogi life. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a realistic and traditional course. I will definitely come back!
