Rishikesh Yoga Prakash

I have been to many yoga studios and schools. So far Prakash Ji is the best Hatha Yoga teacher. He is very detailed in all the poses and a lot of extra information given that we as a students don't even know we should have asked those questions. Prakash Ji is also teaching Yoga Therapy which I will be taking next. If you want to learn the most authentic form of yoga and know what yoga really is ( yoga is not a workout/fitness ) he is highly recommended

You will never go wrong with the right attitude you bring to learn all the amazing stuff from Sir Prakash.. Definitely worth the trip down to Rishikesh to experience a whole new level of yoga.. Super thankful for teacher Prakash guidance and will definitely be back here to learn more from him.

Prakash is an excellent yoga-teacher who does not only understand and know how to teach the asanas in a comprehensable way but also comes with a great insight into the yogic life style. He has such a patient and warm attitude and a good humor which will make you to love his lessons. I can highly recommend his yoga teacher training.

It's really an fantastic experience for me to have full harvest of my hatha yoga class in Oct. Prakash is a very good teacher that I learnt a lot of proper yoga adjustments and detail process to reach the final posture. He's always patient and caring in all details while his teaching us to prevent any unavoidable misleading or injury. He's very professional in training qualified Yoga teacherrs. All asanas can't be done unless you're well prepared both with your body and mind. Thank you Prakash.

I came to Rishikesh just for one week to learn from different teachers, but after practicing yoga with Prakash, I decided to stay for one month and to continue a TTC 200 hrs Hatha Yoga program. Prakash is a wonderful teacher, with a deep understanding of the Yoga philosophy, the Asanas, the Pranayama and he has a huge sense of humor! The classes with Prakash are nourishing for the mody and for the mind. I warmly recommmand you to meet Prakash, and to learn from him! I feel lucky I did.

I couldn't be happier with my 200 hours teacher training! Prakash is an amazing teacher and personality. As a very experienced yogi, he knows exactly what he's doing and on top of challenging and amazing lessons, adjustment classes and input for teaching methods, he knows how to add a good portion of fun to every lesson, without disturbing the healing spiritual effects the practice brings. I attended Prakash's Teacher's Training a couple of years ago. Teacher Prakash has a wealth of knowledge and experience to impart to his students. His yoga lessons were insightful, fun and engaging. My yoga practice has improved and knowledge enhanced after going through that training.

I recently completed my 100hr Hatha training with Prakash......What an experience!!!! Prakash is one of the most generous, kind and encouraging teachers I have ever had the pleasure of training with. His depth of knowledge and experience is second to none. The wisdom he shares with his students is invaluable. I would recommend Prakash and his teacher trainings to anyone interested in deepening their Hatha Yoga knowledge and learning to teach from a place of honesty, physical and spiritual awareness.
