Rishikesh Yog Nirvana

In august I've finished 200 hours yoga teacher's course in Rishikesh Yog Nirvana. I've been there for a month and I feel like the experience I lived there followed me back to Poland. I am really excited to share the genuineness of teachings, kindness and love of all the people I've met in Rishikesh. The course was really challenging, but at the same time teachers were very friendly and patient even if you're new to certain aspects of yoga. It was both physically and mentally challenging, but in the best way possible and because of that I really feel ready to make my first steps in teaching yoga. Course teaches you a different side of yoga, not only how to practise on the mat, but that yoga should be in the every single thing that you do (and you can really feel it from the teachers :D). Getting to know yoga from this perspective gives me the courage to teach it and spread this wisdom back in my country. I am truly thankful for wonderful teachers that I had in Rishikesh Yog Nirvana, most beautiful people that I've met and unforgettable memories that will stay with me forever! <3 All the love from Poland <3

I completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course from Rishikesh Yog Nirvana and I should say it was the best decision of my life. They have the best teachers - Sajan Sir for Pranayam, Yoga Philosophy & Meditation, Manish Sir for Body Alignment, Shivam Sir for Vinyasa Flow, and Varsha & Priyanka Ma'am for Ashtanga Vinyasa. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the food is home-made by wonderful chefs. Overall the experience is nothing short of wonderful. Thank you all for a beautiful experience.

I have very great experience there. I do my 200 yoga TTC there and i absolutely love it. Teachers are great and i found my inner peace there.we found the nearby places are very good lots of cafes,trek and place is very safe for travelers and i also got my first tattoo in rishikesh that reminds me of lots of joy ,i found in rishikesh yog Nirvana.

Really nice experience ;) happy to meet all the teachers and students , we eat, practice , sleep everyday , having a very good learning environment ! Teachers are very helpful and passionate , I have learnt a lot here , not only asana but the whole yogi lifestyle and philosophy. Food are good, but can be in a more wide variety, rooms are also nice and I add100usd to have an air conditioning room which I m glad that I did it . Overall , recommand this school to all people :)

I did 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training Course at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana, and it proved to be an exceptional and transformative experience. The program was thoughtfully structured, offering both depth and clarity, with highly knowledgeable teachers who are true experts in their respective fields(Priyanka mam, Manish sir and Sajjan Sir).I especially liked the Yoga Philosophy and Meditation classes conducted by Sajjan Sir. The accommodation was well-maintained and the overall atmosphere was deeply conducive to focused learning and personal growth.

The school is in an excellent location in Tapovan, and provides a space that supports both personal and spiritual growth. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who made this journey possible, the amazing teachers, the kind and hardworking kitchen staff, and everyone behind the scenes. The classes were well-structured, the teachings were profound, and the food was always nourishing and made with love.
