I am so grateful for my experience at Rishikesh Yog Dham. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and at home. The teachers are not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also compassionate and supportive, always taking the time to listen and guide us with patience. Each and every member at the school went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, which really helped me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the training. The atmosphere was warm, inclusive, and nurturing, creating the perfect environment to learn and grow. Nutritious and delicious food offering satvik choices are served daily to promote our well being. This training has been a truly valuable experience for me, both personally and professionally, and I couldn't have asked for a better place or group of teachers to begin this journey with. I highly recommend Rishikesh Yog Dham to anyone seeking authentic learning, growth, and a true sense of community.

I had such a wonderful experience completing my 300-hour YTT here. The teachers were absolutely brilliant -- so knowledgeable, passionate, and supportive throughout the course. I was nervous to travel alone, but the school made everything feel easy and comfortable, even organising my taxi from the airport. The staff, especially Sourav, were always there to help with anything we needed, and the food was absolutely delicious. The class sizes were perfect -- small enough to feel personal and tailored to each individual's journey. Arvind, the owner, is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. You can really feel how much care and experience he brings into everything at the school. The location is also beautiful -- a great area to study, practise, and connect with others. I gained so much from this course -- both as a teacher and personally. I couldn't recommend it more! It feels like a second home now, I'll definitely return at the next opportunity!

Being a resident of Rishikesh, I was quite confused from the beginning as to which school would be appropriate for training. I had heard a lot about Rishikesh Yoga Dham as a school offering the best teacher training course and the reviews were also showing the same. Within a week of coming here, I realized the uniqueness and authenticity of this place. All the teachers here are very experienced and there is a very good friendly environment for the learners. We had access to unlimited water and fresh air, which contributed to the overall comfort and care of the experience. The staff was also very accommodating and attentive, consistently ensuring that everything operated smoothly. Regarding my yoga practice, I experienced significant improvement. I came to realize that my body was capable of far more than I had ever imagined. After just one month, I felt stronger and more self-assured in my practice.
