The equipment is top-notch, and the space is clean and well-maintained, which made the session even more enjoyable. Great teacher! Amazing teaching skills! Omygod! I have never found a teacher this charasmatic and advanced when it comes to pilates and aerial in rishikesh. Her place is a must go. I did aerial and it was such a nice experience , I wish to learn further. I loved it, great ambience.

I've been training with Rozee for the past 3 months after joining with a severe disc bulge and back pain. Under her expert guidance, the improvement has been remarkable. She's a true professional--dedicated, disciplined, and deeply knowledgeable. Her sessions go beyond just Pilates or yoga; she helps you understand your body, its rhythm, and how to manage pain effectively. She's strict in the best way, never letting you slack off, and genuinely takes responsibility for her students' progress. She truly has my back--in every sense!

The experience of aerial yoga with Rozee ma'am has been not just a good learning experience but a very touching one too. She takes care of the tiniest things and helps you out every step of the way exactly how you need it. We were 6 people in the batch and she made sure she gave exactly what each one wanted with the course. :) It is honestly something one would want to get back to whenever possible!

It is very peaceful place in Rishikesh and Rozee Mam's way of teaching is very simple and clear. I am very happy to learn Aerial Yoga from Rozee Mam. I suggest those who want to learn/practice aerial yoga can choose "Reshape Pilates Yoga".

I had the most amazing experience learning Aerial Yoga with Rozee - I learned so so much from her in such a short space of time. I felt so strong after, she really taught me with so much attention and detail - I absolutely loved every single class, and if I lived in Rishikesh I would be at this studio every day!!! Rozee is also very knowledgeable in many other areas - we also did breath work sessions which helped me so much - she explains everything with so much passion and detail.
