I've completed my 200hr YTT with Raj Yoga. When I was searching, I targeted at the small studio instead of Ashrams or scaled yoga centers so during the classes we could have more interaction with teachers and the teachers could pay more attention to each student to help us with the alignment. I love the training at the natural campus as well. We had yoga philosophy classes in the garden and we practice pranayama under the Bodhi tree. If some details could be taken care of and be more organized, the experience will be even better. In short, it is a life-transforming journey for me.

My review on Meditation Teacher's Training Course I gained the most enriching and valuable experience in meditation and yoga during my meditation teacher's training course at the Raj Yoga Centre. The teacher guided me with immense patience and kindness, adding depth to my practice with their expertise. Although I began my meditation journey in 2018, I never had a guru to guide me as profoundly as the teachers here. Their wisdom goes far beyond what books can offer. I especially loved the chakra meditations and look forward to exploring more courses with my teacher. P.S. Even after completing the course, I continue to benefit from the center's YouTube video on guided chakra alignment and balancing. (It's a wonderful resource!)

Raj Yoga institute offers best courses for mind body and spirit. I recently completed my 200 & 300 Hrs TT yoga course and it was one of the best experiences ever. Looking forward to do more courses.
