My Divine Circle Experience -- Sound Bath & Breathwork Journey
My journey at Divine Circle has been nothing short of magical -- an experience that touched my soul on the deepest level and reconnected me with my inner calm, peace, and divine energy.
Sound Bath Session with MAHA
The sound bath session conducted by Maha was so beautifully held -- rhythmic, soothing, and truly mesmerising. Each sound frequency carried a healing vibration that deeply affected my mind and body. As the session flowed, I felt a sense of neutrality and complete relaxation wash over me.
The atmosphere at the Divine Circle Studio was filled with pure positivity and serenity. Every corner of the space radiated calmness and divine energy. The combination of Maha's rhythmic sound work and the tranquil ambience made it a truly peaceful and soul-healing experience.
Breathwork Session with SHIVAA
I joined the breathwork session under Shiva's guidance, along with a small group of 6-7 participants -- including a few foreigners who had come to learn breathwork professionally. Before beginning, Shiva explained everything in detail, ensuring everyone felt safe, supported, and fully present in the moment.
His powerful yet grounded energy created a space of complete trust and surrender. What followed was one of the most profound experiences of my life.
During the session, I went through many deep sensations -- a heaviness in my lower abdomen as if a gentle hand was placed there, energetic vibrations in my chest and back, and tingling waves through my body. It felt as though energy was stretching and awakening every part of me. Though my eyes were closed, I could sense layers of old emotions and energy peeling away -- one after another.
Each stage brought different sounds that touched me deeply from within. I laughed and cried at the same time, effortlessly -- without any thoughts, just pure presence. It was a strange yet beautiful moment of emotional release and divine surrender.
As the session reached its final stage, I saw a purple light surrounded by a yellow glow -- radiant and peaceful. I felt as if I was being reborn into my true, authentic self.
After the Session
It's been a week since that session, and just as Shiva mentioned, after every breathwork experience, new realizations and shifts continue to unfold.
I've noticed beautiful changes within myself -- feeling more energetic, fearless, calm, and stronger. It feels like I've reconnected with the version of me that truly believes in herself again.
This entire experience of divine energy and self-healing has been absolutely transformative.

Breathwork Facilitator Training 10/10
This is a review I am eager to write because I truly believe in the training Shiva is providing. If you are ready to dive deep within yourself and learn how to hold space for others, then I highly recommend enrolling in this course.
I booked the breathwork facilitator training back home because I was always intrigued by the power of breath. The website said "a transformational experience" and I was looking for some transformation haha The course delivered and then some. I gained personal growth along with confidence to start facilitating breathwork sessions myself.
The healing process that you go through is extraordinary. I was able to reflect on my childhood and start to recognize patterns and get some clarity. The emotional release happened for me in each session. With the sessions you receive, you get a way better understanding how to facilitate.
Shiva is very authentic and cares. The moment I met him, I felt at ease. He shares his learning experiences via stories, which made you feel like you were talking to a friend versus being bored in a class. I gained so much knowledge and hands on experience during the training. The modules Shiva put together is straight forward and detailed. It was a great resource to have during the course- and I know I will continue to use it.
I particularly liked Shiva's focus on us being centered. He taught us a morning breathwork/ meditation exercise that I am still doing today. He has a full understanding how much one needs to be grounded and balanced themselves if they are going to enter this field.
