From the moment I arrived, I felt relieved. The culture, the energy, and the curriculum are so genuine and grounded. The school manual is really well designed it gives you a clear understanding of the path to follow for deepening your practice and personal growth. Our teacher, Mr. Madhavji, has an exceptional understanding of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and great knowledge of anatomy, which makes every asana session insightful and transformative. The food served here is completely sattvic simple, pure, and nourishing. If you truly want to get the best out of your experience, just stick to the home-cooked meals! The location is also perfect just a short walk from the Ganga River, which makes for a peaceful morning and evening walk. Overall, a beautiful experience highly recommended for anyone looking to learn and grow on their yoga journey.

When I decided to pursue a yoga teaching course, I wanted the best quality in every aspect. I knew I wanted to study in Rishikesh, the world's yoga capital, but quickly realized that many centres lacked experienced faculty, authenticity, and a clean, uplifting environment. The commercial aspect seemed to overshadow genuine education in most places. My search eventually led me to The Yoga Institute -- the world's oldest yoga centre. Though the main location is in Mumbai, I was thrilled to discover a newly opened branch in Rishikesh. The photos, price, start dates, and availability matched perfectly with my schedule, and my initial communication with the centre confirmed I had made the right choice. The course at The Yoga Institute Rishikesh, known as Bhavyam ("eternity"), exceeded my expectations. The master, Madhav, has created a centre that reflects his dedication to dharma and his ability to blend tradition with modern comfort. The peaceful location outside the busy town, with views of the Himalayan foothills and proximity to the Ganges, was ideal for focusing on my studies. The yoga hall allows natural light from both sunrise and sunset, enhancing the atmosphere for practice. The food was a revelation, improving my digestion and curbing cravings, and I plan to maintain this diet post-course. Freshly cooked and varied, every meal contributed to my physical and mental well-being. The staff, master, and his family made me feel welcome and supported, and I appreciated the organized outings, including a swim in the Ganges, the Ganga Aarti ceremony, and a Ganesh festival celebration. A special fire ceremony to bless my Rudraksha Mala left a lasting impression. The curriculum was exceptional, rooted in ancient texts like the Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Madhavacharya helped me gain confidence in teaching and speaking about yoga philosophy. Master's emphasis on relaxation techniques significantly improved my lower back and overall state of mind. This experience has laid a strong foundation for my yoga practice, and I highly recommend The Yoga Institute Rishikesh to anyone seeking an authentic, high-quality yoga education.

Hari Om! I have done my 200h TTC from Bhavyam in Oct'24. After trying yoga at multiple locations I landed on this gem. The institute is in a beautiful location at the foothills of Himalayas with a big and conducive yoga hall. The rooms are clean and the entire premises were cleaned daily. Food is Satvic and the chef Rupa ji prepared delicious warm meals daily. Coming to the course content - it's a great mix of philosophy, anatomy, Aasans, pranayam, and teaching practice. They actually prepare you to evolve into a full fledged teacher. It was a true blessing to learn under Madav Sir, can't wait to return for my 900h TTC. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for TTC.

It was very divine n beautiful experience of Bhavyam The yoga institute hrishikesh. My dream came true to learn yoga n do spiritual practices with divine journey.
