I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional--staff members were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel offered a fantastic mix of amenities: a delicious breakfast and dinner spread, great shopping and dining options nearby, a relaxing park, and even a refreshing swimming pool. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. I had a confirmed booking at this hotel through cleartrip, but when I arrived, the hotel outright denied my reservation, citing a conflict with the online booking platform. They made no effort to help, accommodate us, or offer any alternative even though cleartrip was ready to pay the extras. We were left stranded without a place to stay, which was incredibly stressful and unprofessional. This is unacceptable from any hospitality provider. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.
