It's a nice and enjoyable place to be. The fitness centre not only focuses on building physical strength but fosters personal connections and caters to individual needs as well. The trainers are friendly and cooperative, and I personally enjoy my time here.
Great experience. Certified trainers. Knows exactly what kind of training you require.
After going to this gym i got to know that my leg flexors were tight and shoulders were weak giving me a bad posture.
Thanks to Kapil sir for catching up this weakness and started my training plan accordingly.
Best gym in town. High class machines, specially focused on hygiene... No need of personal training. Experienced and knowledgeable trainers. Overall setup is very good
Pros : good infra, good equipment, clean place, spacious.
Cons:
1.bad customer care, told me on call price was negotiable but when I reached there after 8km of driving..told me prices are fixed
2. Too expensive. Expensive than fitness studios in Noida, Delhi.
3. Even gold gyms charge 3k per month. I am not sure what lalaland they are running their center in.Lol
