I joined this gym hoping for a supportive and well-managed fitness environment, but unfortunately, my experience with the gym owner was quite disappointing. From the start, the communication was poor. The owner seemed more interested in pushing long-term memberships than actually understanding the needs of individual clients. When concerns were raised -- whether about broken equipment, hygiene, or trainer availability -- they were either ignored or met with a defensive attitude rather than a helpful response. What's most frustrating is the lack of professionalism. Promises made during sign-up (like personal guidance or specific facilities) were not delivered, and any attempt to get clarity or accountability was brushed off. Many members have voiced similar concerns, but no real improvement has been made. A gym should be a place of motivation and trust, but due to the dismissive and arrogant behavior of the owner, I would not recommend this place to others. There are better-managed gyms around that truly value their members.
