CrossFit Haridwar

Hi, I was about to stay in Haridwar for 1 week, only because, unexpectedly, I saw this box on Google maps and I wanted to train before going straight to Rishikesh, for a 300h yoga course. After one week in Rishikesh, I finally decided to go back from where i was from and stayed almost 2 month at Crossfit Haridwar (not that I gave up on yoga by myself). Found something that I couldn't have find in Rishikesh. Not like this. You sometimes have to recognize those place and people who makes you feel great and right by where you are. And makes you feel like you have to stay a little to know more about what you may actually came to India, as a foreigner and as an athlete. I haven't only meet coaches there, but I actually found brother, just by the moment. I have trained in many boxes all around the world, Vijay, headcoach, is for sure one of the best coach I know, how can you doubt about it when this guy came from nothing to a champion back then. Manish, second coach is now the dedicated one, machine. You really learn with these guys, and i'm not only talking about snatch! No excuse there, only people who wants to push themselves, slowly but surely, and you will if you are curious enough to make a visit

This is not a regular gym !!!!! Yes you read it right , it's a place for complete body fitness , endurance ,gaining strength . Coach/trainer is knowledgeable, motivating and very attentive. I feel like I am getting personal training. Perfect for all age groups .

CrossFit Haridwar is an easy recommendation for any level of athlete. Firstly Vijay Raj, the owner, is probably the most certified CF Trainer in all of India as he's been in the game for 15 years training trainers. So very qualified. Secondly all the equipment is in good shape, the gym is clean and kinda has that 'eye of the tiger' Rocky feeling. Lastly, and for me most importantly, he cares deeply about the ambiance of the gym so that all are welcome and feel safe. 5+ stars

This must be your goto spot for any fitness/crossfit needs. Vijay sir is one the best in the world and as others have mentioned he is very trained at training trainers. Just do it.
