My husband and I have been taking yoga lessons with Shaheeda for about two months now. Shaheeda is a gifted and patient teacher, with a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the practice. Even in this short time, I've noticed positive changes in my body. I'm more flexible, my back and hamstrings are relaxed and pain-free, and I can hold more complicated poses. I end every session feeling like I've made definite progress in my fitness levels. Even though the classes are via Zoom, Shaheeda is meticulous in her attention to and insistence on correct posture and method. Given the time difference between US and India, we have to wake up at the crack of dawn for class, but no matter how sleepy we are at the start, we end every class session feeling energized and grateful for the instruction. Highly recommend!
