Very good gym with all the necessary equipments. I lost almost 12 kg pregnancy weight under trainer's guidance. The owner personally looks after members' fitness progress which is really a good thing. I highly recommend this gym for all the women n everyone who are finding it difficult to shed kilos after pregnancy.

This is very good gym. Naval Kishore bhaiya is nice and takes an interest in everyone no matter what fitness level you are at. This gym is amazing place for workout with all equipments and a good environment. I would definitely recommend to everyone whether it is for fatloss journey or for a good physique.

Amazing!!!! Absolutely wonderful, i took 3 month membership and with the appropriate diet and workout fit for my body nd i lost 5 kg in a month!!!
