Antarshakti yoga studio is a wonderful yoga place!! Both Suraj sir and Ritu mam are highly experienced yoga trainer.. I have been doing yoga at Antarshakti Yoga Studio from last 9 months. I thoroughly enjoyed their yoga classes and learn new advance asana. Both the trainer focus on each student and motivate everyone to do their best.
