I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my encounter with this gym. I called them to inquire about their services and a lady answered, providing me with detailed information about the gym and its offerings. However, when I visited the gym the very next day, it was closed! To make matters worse, the same lady didn't even bother to answer my call when I tried to reach out to her again. It's unacceptable that they would waste people's time and mislead them like this. If they're not interested in doing business, they shouldn't pretend to be open and welcoming. The lack of professionalism and respect for potential customers is appalling. I strongly advise against wasting your time with this gym. Their untrustworthy behavior and disregard for customers' time are major red flags. Look elsewhere for a gym that values its members and provides reliable service.
