I am thoroughly enjoying my time at Viva. This gym offers a diverse array of activities to keep things exciting. The yoga sessions are truly exceptional, featuring skilled instructors who guide us through invigorating poses that leave me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The manager and staff are not only cooperative but also engaging; they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and supported. Each visit to the gym feels like a vibrant community experience, making it easy to forget any stress of the day. Located in the rajput tower, GMS road, Dehradun, the gym operates under the ownership of Harshit Verma (a very good friend/brother of mine). It is well maintained and has diverse range of machines and weights. Gym is clean, with sanitized equipments and fresh air circulation with ample of space too. Very friendly and motivating environment with supportive staff. Knowledgeable and approachable trainers available for guidance. Before starting out they make your plan according to your desired goal. Good value for money with flexible plans. They also give discounts on membership occasionally. So if you live nearby GMS road or a lil far away, must visit atleast once.
