The equipment is well-maintained and covers everything from free weights, resistance machines, cardio, and functional training space. Pros: * Decent variety of dumbbells, barbells, and benches. * Squat rack and Smith machine available. * Clean environment and air-conditioned. * Trainers are helpful if you're a beginner or need guidance. * Not too crowded during early mornings or late evenings. Cons: * Limited floor space during peak hours. * No steam/sauna or pool facilities. * Music can be too loud sometimes. If you're focused on building strength or maintaining a routine, this gym won't disappoint. Bring your own water bottle and towel -- and you're good to go!
