The trainer at Miva Studio is very knowledgeable , motivating and energetic. She ensures that everyone in her class gets individual attention and pushes everyone to do their best. Instead of just instructing, she explains the purpose of every move and stretch. Also keeps the class environment very lively by her sense of humour and approachability. I joined Miva studio after 6 months of having my baby and the way I have built strength and even lost weight in a few months' time, is incredible!

It is the best studio , i have came across in dehradoon. If you are thinking of joining zumba exercises , please do join without giving a second thought. Minal is the best zumba instructor , full of energy , and cuteness , she knows what she does, specifically in her domain which is zumba dance. I wish her and MIVA team all the best and would like to congratulate them for bringing up such a wonderful exercise/dance form to the people out there . Cheers. !
