Honest review :- I have recently joined the gym and I'm still a part of it. Tbh , gym has changed my routine and I am a little more disciplined now. Diet plan is good and quite realistic & thankyou for making this. I am trying to stick to it. About gym, its well equipped with machines. Trainer is friendly, approachable & always willing to help whenever needed. Ps:- If you are a slow learner like me. Be careful.
