Koles Gym/Health 'n' fitness club

There is no professionalism in this gym, and the trainers don't take responsibility for anything. I had an issue regarding the fees with the gym. I paid my monthly fee, but from the very next day, I couldn't attend the gym because my father was hospitalized. The following month, I requested the trainer to adjust the previous fee for that month since I didn't come even once after paying. At first, he avoided giving me any response, and later he directly refused. When I asked him to let me speak to the owner, he didn't allow that either and claimed that he himself was the owner, saying that the actual owner has handed over the gym to them and they will handle everything, which means you can't directly talk to the real owner.they ignored me to have conversation with the actual owner .that clearly shows owner doesn't know what is going on in the gym . I told him that in this case, my money would go to waste, but they simply said they don't care. They weren't even ready to have a discussion on this matter. Apart from this, there is no professionalism here in any aspect. The trainers are only visible when it comes to collecting fees or if one of their friends comes to the gym. They are busy watching sight seen from window or rear of time watching reels, Otherwise, you won't even realize if there is any trainer around. As for the AC and lights, they try to save electricity and won't even switch them on unless you ask them to do .They don't care how many customers they lose , they will continue with the same attitude.

Best Gym of the area. I really enjoyed my fitness training at Koles. Trainers are really good and supportive.

The worst possible place in my opinion. I visited for a week or two and the professionalism was absolutely zero. The trainer didn't even bother to switch on the lights. He did it for two days when asked and next day he simply told me from where to turn it on. He said he was busy. Saw him 5 minutes later sitting next to the window watching reels. Dumbbells and rods were scattered all over the floor and when I told the trainer, his reply was that its not his job. Sure, people should re-rack the weights, but when they don't, I am pretty sure no professional gym allows their staff to simply leave the weights on the floor. When I asked him why are you not picking them up, he simply said that it was before his shift. I didn't know whether to laugh or be angry at this immature response. The Cables machine doesn't work. It needs oiling. But the trainer was "busy" watching reels. The only time he said more that 6 words was when he was taking the fees. This is not a friendly place. You better avoid it and pay your money to a place where you are not given attitude from a "trainer" who has more belly fat than the clients have because he has too much work (watching reels) in an already empty gym. I also read the owner's comments on some negative reviews. He/she was asking one of them to give a detailed reason and there will not be a single reason for one star. How about this for reason. I just gave 3 and I have more but I can't be bothered. I am only writing this review to let people know that this is not a friendly place and not to waste your money here.

very wrost experience with the trainer mr aman yadav he is very unprofessional person i have even seen in my life he talk very loud and dirty with me and the pervious experience with my nabour was same like me and both of the time we complaint to the owner but he didnt take any action very bad gym experience in the entire dehradun i am requesting to the new customer who r planning to go koles gym pls avoid thanks

Best gym in Dehradun having all facilities with good trainers I'm highly satisfied I personally recommend everyone to visit and build your muscles. best gym in town

The person who's worked there they don't how to deal with customers. This kind of service should no person offer to any customer ever. It was disgraceful... also gym management are not good I recommend join others gym rather thn Koles.. no machines no enough equipment . Trainner are no good

I had visited several gyms then I chooses to join koles club as it is nearest to my home. As today is my 10th day in this gym and I am 100% satisfied till now that I am at a correct place. All the staff of the gym is very good n supportive. Mr. John who taught us many new things about diet n nutrition which we have never heard from anyone before. Trainers are also very good.
