Gold's Gym

Well, not sure where to start, but all I can say is that since I have joined this amazing place, I can truly see a wonderful change in me. Whether it's being focused, disciplined or just enjoying the workout. Moreover, each and every machine is incredible here, which accompanies the most talented trainers from the industry. Surely I will be extending my membership again.

Gym doesn't fulfil the standards of gold's gym. Half of the cycles and treadmills are either damaged or not working and it takes a month to get them repaired

This is probably the best gym on this side of town. Lots of space. A separate area for functional exercise. Rowing machine (concept2) and all the weight machines are very nice from Precor.

Best gym in Dehradun if u really wanna work on ur self and get ur best version of ur self so u should join this gym..the vibe of gym is really osm or trainers are very supportive and staff members are also nice.

I have been member of golds gym since last seven years. I am fully satisfied with the services. Specifically professional management, trainers . very happy with the friendly environment. Take good care guys may god bless u all

Had an unpleasant interaction at the workout machines with their trainer who wanted me to move aside so that he could train someone else - felt insulted and raised the issue with the lady at reception - seems that they don't care if customer wants to stay or not - have decided to join another gym where the staff treats all it's members equally - whether you have a personal trainer or not

Okay so being an athlete and into training since few years had me switched to many gyms i found Golds one of the best gym in town reason being it has all the machines and equipments needed and best of all? We get weights in Lbs which is very helpful for micro loads helping us in progressive overloads and the staff is gentle and soft spoken too if you really want your self to get athletic Golds is a great option and not like other gyms ripping you off in the name of "Luxury" and gimmicky stuffs.
