The cons are... 1)He doesn't force you to take supplements. 2)Avoid selfie and other stuff in the morning shifts 5:00am to 12:00noon. 3)Trainer will not force you to lift heavy weights. 4)Avoid discrimination between beginners and heavy lifters.
