I've been a member at Doon Fitness for about 7-8 months, situated on Tilak Road above Punjab Trading Co., right across from Katlambe Wala (an ironic landmark). If you're on a budget, it's an ideal choice at 1000/month/person for both strength and cardio, with a 100 reduction after completing 3 months. However, be cautious about the equipment; dumbbells and weights are in average condition. I stick around for two reasons - it's cost-effective, and the trainer provides valuable advice. Plus, it's conveniently within 500 meters of my house. Due to its affordability, the gym can get quite crowded. Optimal training times are around 4-5:30 pm in the evening to avoid the rush. Be prepared for a waiting period during peak hours. The crowd thins out after 7:30 pm. If you're a morning person, that's a less crowded option. Planning your workout routine by days and body parts helps manage the crowd effectively.
