Recently joined D Muscle Bar Gym and I'm really impressed! The environment is positive, and the people here have great behavior,, very respectful and motivating. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a solid workout. One big plus -- the gym is located in a basement, which keeps it much cooler and more comfortable during the scorching summer heat. Special mention to Mr. Deepak Negi, the owner and professional trainer -- he's extremely supportive, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping members reach their goals. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about fitness!

Terrible Experience at D Muscle Bar Gym & Powerlifting Academy. I called the receptionist in the morning to inquire about a one-day trial. He told me that I could come as the gym is open until 10:00 PM, with the last entry at 9:00 PM. I reached the gym at 8:00 PM, and to my surprise, he asked me to pay 300 rupees for the trial. Are you serious? If this was the case why didn't he inform me over the phone? Because of this I couldn't go to the gym I usually work out and he completely ruined my workout for the day. I have visited gyms like Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Iconic Luxury Gyms etc for trials before joining, and none of them asked for a paid trial. This should apply to any gym. If you're asking for a paid trial, it raises serious questions about the quality of your gym. I checked their equipment, and the heaviest dumbbells were only 35 kg, which is below average for any gym. Keeping such limited weights in a gym is unfair to serious fitness enthusiasts. Edit 1: I generally don't reply to such things, but I will make an exception to educate others on how gyms should treat their members. 1. How can you know who will join or not? You are running a gym not a psychic business. Your job is to create an environment that encourages potential members not judge them. 2. You say people always ask about trial fees. That's irrelevant. I called for information, and you failed to disclose the trial fee upfront, wasting my time. Transparency is key, and your gym lacks it. 3. Whether I pay 3,000 or 300 is none of your business. Your job was to inform me about trial fees. If I had known, I would have made a decision based on that information. 4. My gym was open. I visited yours for a change, but your non-branded gym didn't meet my standards as a natural powerlifter. 5. I don't need you to arrange dumbbells. I have already done 60 kg - 60 kg dumbbell presses for 12 reps without PEDs. Come to Delhi Fitness Gym, Patel Nagar, New Delhi, for a 3-days free trial. Let's see if you can match my lifts naturally. 6. Whether I am rich or not is irrelevant. I came for a trial to assess your gym and if I liked it I would have paid. Trials are standard practice in reputable gyms. 7. I didn't come to exploit anything for free. I came to assess if your gym was worth my time and money, and it clearly was not. Reflect on how you handle potential clients. 8. If most of my feedback is negative, it reflects the lack of quality in gyms like yours. Unlike you, I use feedback to improve my gym, not make excuses. 9. You didn't ask me to come, but I gave your gym a chance. It clearly was not worth my time. If you can't handle feedback that says more about you than me. 10. I take feedback seriously in my gym. You should've done the same instead of making excuses and attacking me personally. That's not professionalism. 11. Your defensiveness won't help your gym. You had an opportunity to impress, but you blew it. If you had given a better experience, I would've left positive feedback. 12. Focus on improving your gym and your attitude. Stop making excuses, stop judging clients, and learn to handle feedback professionally. That's how your gym can grow.

D Muscle Bar Gym is a no-nonsense facility, far better than flashy commercial gyms. Equipped with iron plates, powerlifting setups, and a dedicated powerlifting academy, it's designed for serious athletes and those who value discipline. Perfect for anyone focused on hard work and real progress.
