This is my first experience wi best gym in dehradun fitness palace. I really enjoy the group classes which Yadav sir person conducts n take care of each and e person in the class. He helps in maintaining the correct posture wh doing the exercise. I really enjoy all classes especially bhangra class.. my fourth week in this gym and I ha lost almost 4 kgs... Sir always encourages everyone to workout w full dedication...
