all the equipment are there for better performance. environment is so good view from the gym is incredible trainer is friendly, supportive,empathetic and a good leader .

Everybody is really friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. All instructors genuinely want everyone to have the best session possible. You don't already have to have the body beautiful to go, you will be made welcome regardless of your current size or fitness level. I do several classes a week and not once have I ever felt put down or not enjoyed it.
