It's worth to be up at 5.00 am to start this class as the asanas we practised in the class gives boost of energy which stay with me through out the day and help me fight with a stressful and hectic schedule. Yogijis instructions are very clear and simple, it is easier to follow and understand by beginners too. I must say that there is definitely generation of so very positive energy during this one hour. Thank you acharya Aarikya ji.
For someone who had never done yoga before, I found Aarikya Yogi Sir a true teacher who in the real sense took time to understand the individual needs/issues/abilities and flexibility before recommending the different types of Asanas. His way of teaching is a good blend of watching how we do and motivating us to go to the next level. Also appreciate how he ensure he tracks our attendance and the attention to details on the Asanas. From the time I have joined I have seen him improvise on the delivery of the sessions. He continuously explains the purpose & benefits of a particular Asana. I like the structure of the 1 hour session daily which has the warm up and cool down exercises with the middle session changing with different versions of the asanas. Today for me, the 5 am session is a must routine to get bouncing to deal with the day. Also for a working and "school going" children mother, this time works perfectly to get the "me time" to take care of my health in an otherwise busy schedule.
Good yoga practice for beginners at 5 am. Makes the body flexible within 7-10 days with simple and effective asanas. Thank you Sir.
