The best gym in Sitapur. I just went for 2-3 days and couldn't continue for some reason but I can say that the trainers are really good and attentive. They help you.. explain you.. guide you throughout the workout session. The fee is just 1000 and that looks good at what they are providing. They also have packages which would cost you less than 1k if going for 3 months+.

This Gym has A.C. and single treadmill(working) which is the only issue as u may need to wait for ur turn often. Almost all exercise machines are available and plenty of outdoor space available for stretching and cardio. Trainers are punctual and helpful. Currently (Summer-2021) charges are are 1000 for single and 10% discount for 2 persons. Also only gym in Sitapur with same timing for both genders. Timing 5:30am-10am & 4:00pm-9pm Closed on Sundays

Nice gym in sitapur.you will find a good trainer in this gym. Space is really a big concern in this gym.during evening time crowd is there and you feel little discomfort in this gym.except from them everything is ok.i have joined this gym for 7-8 days when i went to my frnd place from Noida.
