The trainers are very good and ensure that people are working out properly. They really focus on achieving fitness goals.
Also it is perfect for Muslim ladies as proper care is taken to ensure that ladies observing hijab face no issues.
It is a complete women only setup during ladies slots, with trainers, staff and everybody else women only. No men are allowed during women training slots.
