All equipment available and the workout atmosphere is good and motivating . Trainers are so polite and supportive. Just felt the lat pulldown machine isn't very smooth and space between machines is a bit tight. Water is chilled. Overall, an average experience.

Very nice gym with all essential amenities Trainer is very professional and bodybuilding champion. Recently they introduced all new equipments and specially for cardio.
Friendly and healthy atmosphere with good music system.If you are looking for the cardio section or flexibility training, personally I won't suggest you to join here but if you are looking for a pocket- friendly gym basically for slimming and weight loss or strength training,itcan turn out to be a great option! They provide with a wide variety of gym machines from lat-pull down, bench press,preacher bench to pull up bars,leg extension,leg curls and much more. Also, dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 30 kgs. All the machines are in proper working condition along with a supervisor to assist with daily workout schedules. Though small in size, it provides proper workout facilities from beginner to master levels. The trainer is polite, friendly, and encouraging. He looks into the client's concern and helps achieve desired fitness goals. Also, women who are stepping back due to the reason it being a unisex gym, TRUST ME they provide a really healthy atmosphere for both men and women.
Very good gym I like the atmosphere here and the gym members and trainers are very supportive. Overall best gym under budget.
