Nice clean Gym, I took PT for a month and lost 5 kg in the first month itself, although controlling my cravings and diet was the hardest part but their gym is very clean from the hygiene purpose as well and they even offer steam bath also. Although it's a bit pricey if you just take the membership for one month, so for the first time you can go for a month and if you see the results then you can go for 3/6/12 months you might get some discount.... also, parking is free with the gym membership

I've been here. Some major pros and cons are described below. Cons: *Very expensive. *Small area dedicated to weightlifting. *All the coaches that I met were not very knowledgeable. Most of them are on gear, don't know tiny bit about exercise selection and programming. *Squat rack sucks. Big time! *Gym chalk not allowed. Great isn't it? *Management is clueless about clients and their needs. Pros: Barbells, weights and dumbbells are of good quality. TL;DR: Go here if you are willing to waste your money and time for very little offering. If not, there are way better gyms at Allahabad.

Been visiting the gym for about 7 months. Sufficient quality facilities have been provided, namely, steam bath, shower and commode equipped washrooms, a decently spacious locker room and even hand and bathing towels. Trainers are friendly, though they tend to be off floor more often than not. Would like a quorum of at least three non-personal trainers always on floor. Weightlifting section often gets congested due to being undersized, but is manageable. The cardio and machine equipment is high quality and suffices in quantity. The stretching room also has ample space to accommodate at least 6-7 people at a time with a stretch machine, stretch balls and weights. Not massive, but not too bad as well. You get your workout prescribed by the head trainer according to your BMI and there's a Health Cafe on the roof serving regular high protein items like boiled eggs and shake, but would suggest against it as it is overly expensive. It cost me about 25k for the yearly membership and with the number and kind of facilities provided and the clean, amiable atmosphere that a fitness freak needs, one doesn't have a whole lot to complain about.
