Services are Gymnasium, Aerobic, Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training, Cardio Training, Personal Training, Steam, Shower, Complimentary Lockers, Workout Card, Free Car Parking, Certified Trainers. Our motive is not only physical fitness but also to keep our members stress free with all these activities. This is the most pathetic gym as per me in cult gyms, the trainers and staff are pathetic the weights are very old and equipment are shitty you can't do anything properly if you do deadlift they don't even allow. If you working out the 3,4 staff willl always ve there to make your experience worst been to many luxury, good and economical gyms but this would also be comparable with any 500 gym washrooms smells staff is shittiest they have a unique arrogance.
