The service at Gym 49 is really poor. They just mislead you with their words, making you stay upset for days. For the past 20 days, there has been no trainer, and when you tell the manager, head, or trainer head about it, they just say to email them and that the trainer will surely come tomorrow. But neither does the trainer show up nor do they respond to emails. And when you ask for a refund, they say it's non-refundable. These people neither provide service nor have a trainer here. If you want to invest your time and money, never come here because no one listens to you. They just make money and talk. If you tell the manager about your issue, they say it's not under their control, and if you talk to the trainer head, they say sales-related work is not their responsibility - they only provide trainers. Everyone here is lying. I emailed to Vishal, Mohit, Ankit and their customer support but none respond.....i took yearly membership with my mom and with some benefits but they are not ready to provide those services....
