Workout Zone

This place is spread across 3 floors. Facilities for gymming, Zumba and other Cult Fit offerings. Pros: Cult Fit beats around the pros enough through its marketing campaigns. Cons: 1. Poor ventilation- lacks fresh air and absolutely no sunlight which in my opinion is a major drawback. They rely on exhausts and ceiling fans to keep the air flowing. 2. Old and rickety equipment- treadmills are creaky and need repair, most of other equipments are dated and damaged. 3. Walls have seepage and remnants of mould 4. Overcrowded- you will have a hard time finding workout machines. For eg: On you chest day there will be many others celebrating chest day, hence no available benches. You have to be careful not to hurt someone while stretching, which I did couple of times. Most important, Cult Fit won't refund you money under any circumstances. So think twice before joining because this place ain't Amazon, it's Sarojini Market. No return, no refund, no guarantee.

Amazing gym with great facilities and best its budget friendly, trainers are good and experienced. Would recommend anyone to come here and train.

One of the best gym in this locality and there is no comparison of Workout zone with other gyms in this vicinity. The gym is very well equipped and the trainers are highly professional and friendly. Must join this gym if you are looking for a wholesome and healthy experience towards better health and fitness. Enjoying the experience. Wish you a very good luck and success for the future.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. You get awesome energy and knowledge from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will give enough time to you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. Ample space for the workout. Shout out to Dev(trainer) for his help and guidance, he has been a true mentor for me up till now. Definitely worth a try.

No electricity between 12 to 4;10pm everyday. No proper air conditioning. I lost motivation and consistency after joining Workout Zone, my 11 months membership is pending. I barely visit this gym 2 days a week, this gym is not for summer season. Also this is overcrowded gym, from last 10 days there is no cold water available for everyone everytime. No one care about your health and safety here I did my workout yesterday (Saturday, September 16th 2023) with my mobile flash on because there was power cut and it was 3:30pm it was raining outside, they didn't even bother to start generator moreover there was 5 more clients were doing workout. No general trainer available before 5pm. If you are doing wrong workout no trainer will come to you to correct you. This is ridiculous.
