It,s very spacious and interior is nicely decorated , the infrastructure is well maintained. The staffs are well behaved, friendly and helpful. Then trainers out in the gym are educated and experienced and will help you out in the right direction to build your figure or to shred your extra fat. The money is worth giving.

The trainer is wonderful!!! Amazing experience...I have been to most of the gyms in and Around Noida for short period of time but it's been more than 3 years and I'm still sticking to this place!!! Love it! Although not on the main road, still absolutely safe!
P.S- No pressure for Personal Training, that's such a relief!
