I'm really happy with my experience here. The trainer and the owner of the gym Mr. Atul gives personal attention and genuinely takes care of every detail, making workouts safe and effective. The way exercises are taught is simple, motivating, and easy to follow. The equipment is unique, well-maintained, and feels very safe to use. The atmosphere of the gym is also positive and encouraging, which keeps me motivated. What I appreciate most is that the trainer not only focuses on fitness but also explains the correct posture, diet tips, and small lifestyle changes that really make a difference. Overall, it's a place where you feel guided, supported, and inspired to push yourself. Highly recommended!

It's the best gym in town, the trainer's knowledge and training skills are great. He is very supportive as well. Don't give a second thought guys to joining this gym.

Best Gym in Noida for the Freaks living in Sector 10, 11 or 11/22 and Nearby areas. They have really good equipments and Trainers. Atul Bhaiya You're really awesome motivator and a good mentor. Good to be there at Reps PS Sets Fitness!!

Best Gym In Ncr. Owner And Care Taker Both Are Really Good. If You Go To This Gym Alone, You Will Never Feel Alone . All Gym Members Are Friendly And Good. Highly Recommended.

I have been working out here for the past 3 months and I must say Reps and sets is the best gym ever nearby sector 11. They do have 2 more branches in Indirapuram and sector 31. It has all the required equipments and The owner/trainer (Atul Sir) and trainer Mayank sir are well experienced in this field. The ambience is too good, you will get the whole vibe to workout and won't feel like leaving. Their workout plans and diet charts really helped me a lot. The staff (Sanjay) is also very supportive and humble. I recommend you all to join this gym if you're a gym rat or wanna be a gym-rat. I guaranteed you, you'll get your desired results in a period of time.
