Power point unisex gym

I recently joined the power point gym because of my back problem and decided to take support from a personal trainer, Mr. Mohit. He is very professional and makes sure I do every exercise correctly, keeping my back issue in mind. Even though it's still early to say much, I can already feel the difference in the way I train. The overall environment and guidance have been very good so far. Mr. Mohit's supportive and attentive training style is really helping me towards recovery. For now, everything is going great, and I look forward to sharing a detailed review later.

The gym was well-equipped, with a wide variety of machines for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts.

Helpful trainers with sufficient instruments. I am being assisted by Mr. Mohit and Mr. Parveen they assist me from my warmup to my exercises and post workout relax routine.

Such an energetic environment with incredible trainers and atmosphere. It's been 2 month since I came here with lots of expectations and I am glad to see the positive result in me.

Getting fit is TOUGH. But with a great trainer, it becomes way less overwhelming. Trainers are the people who give advice, guidance, and support when you go to the gym. They give you clear instructions and show you what works and what doesn't. Most of all, they give you the motivation needed to push your limits and accomplish your fitness goals. In this gym you will get all facilities in very less price . I would again like to thank my trainer for their support and hard work i was 110 kgs but now i am only 75 kgs. love their dedication and mentorship .

Cleanliness is good. Trainers are friendly and shares good knowledge. Good quality equipments and machines

Very very pathetic services, trainers are not well trained and experienced, they don't know what is suitable to whome, they are working blindly. By any injury if anyone unable to continue, they will refund the money. I have slip disc after their sessions by trainer. Other nearby are more economic and professional. I never recommend this gym ever.
