I've been a member of this gym for quite some time now, and the experience has been absolutely fantastic! The gym environment is clean, friendly, and fully equipped. What's even better is that they have female trainers available, which makes it super comfortable and motivating for girls. The trainers guide you through every workout, the staff is super supportive, and the vibes are full of positivity! If you're serious about starting your fitness journey, this gym is the best choice!

The gym is disorganized and unhygienic, with a strong unpleasant odor. The equipment is poorly maintained - only one treadmill is functional, but it doesn't work properly. The cycling and leg press machines are also malfunctioning. Store room is their changing room also it lacks locks, and the smell is overwhelming. There's no washroom facility in the gym, members need to go to the second floor. Furthermore, trainers are often absent between 5-7 pm. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this gym and won't be returning washroom and changing room are basic.

I've been coming to this gym for about 2.5 years now, and it's been great. The place has everything I need, it's clean, and the people are friendly. No pressure, no show-off vibes--just a good place to work out and stay on track. Really happy with it!

It is a very nice gym, the owner of the gym is nice he has a good nature, female gym trainer also available here, which is best for girls, ..and the atmosphere of the gym is also very good, i think best gym in noida, in front of kailash hospital - i myself have been working out here for 6 years.... jai shri ram..
