Gold's gym, Sec-51, Noida

It is the biggest gym in Noida, I loved the environment the crowd, well trained and certified trainer. Machines are well advanced that will help you build and tone your muscles. I love how they touch every segment of fitness be it body building, strength training, power yoga, HIIT, functional training, group exercises and many more.

Golds gym sec 51 is best gym as ever in noida in terms of nice-matrix machine and again it is refurnished, spacious,nice behaving people,awesome cross fit section. Morning yoga session is something which people cannot miss. I am so addictive to this gym's machine even i would say this gym has failed Tiger shroff's gym mma matrix gym. Gym people are keeping some new surprises to their members like introducing coffee machine which boost us and keep us hassle free. In terms of Trainers:Vickky,Sara,Mridul are so gentle and friendly with all gym members and providing best personal training . Other than training ,trainers have good bonding with members and provide good health advice to people. Nice and healthy atmosphere. Providing parking tags to park cars hassle free. I just love this gym.

Had a chance to visit this Gold gym branch at Sector 51 , Noida (We got a special weekly pass made since our gym at Indirapuram is closed for repair work for a week) , at the metro station. Best part is the parking space & lift independent entry to the gym which is on the 1st floor. The gym is spacious with state of the art equipment's. Loved the 30 min walk plus slow run on the treadmill since they were new & the belts had a decent grip as compared to ours at Gold gym Indirapuram where the equipment's are 10-12 years old & needs replacement. We were assigned a trainer by the front desk manager & the floor manager , however since it was noon he couldn't spend quality time with us since he had his own person training schedule, which could have been rescheduled. Overall it was a decent experience & a must visit gym in case you stay close by. Equipment's : 5 star Work area : 5 star Wash room & facilities : 4 star Front Desk Staff: 5 star Trainers / Floor Manager : 4 star Kaizen area: - Staff / floor trainer & managers can be more client centric. - The water station should have disposable glasses or clean ones for clients.

The interior is sleek and well-lit with stylish lighting and mirrors that amplify the space and atmosphere. Upstairs cardio machines look out over the rest of the gym, giving a nice layered setup that maximizes space. The gym also has entertainment - the TV was showing a live cricket match, which is a cool touch for keeping members engaged during cardio. The presence of professional fitness coaches on-site adds to the credibility and support for members. Overall, the theme strikes a great balance between motivation and modern fitness culture. A great place if you're serious about training but also want a space that keeps the energy high.
