Its a Decent Gym, not very much crowded. Cost is also very reasonable. The staff is friendly and advises on how and what to do, based on your specific requirements if any. Also, support with diet advises.

I had the most disgusting experience here. The trainers are completely unprofessional. They are the so called local trainers who dont have a sence of nutritional value , bmi and any other human body parameter. When i asked them to give me a diet chart with out consulting a doctor, with out asking my bmi, highth or weight they gave me the diet chart. Apart from that you have to workout of your own they dont gonna train you and they will not be there even to correct you if you are using the wrong form. #Dont_weast_money_here
