Terrible experience at this so-called "modern/new" gym. To start, the layout is incredibly poorly organized--machines are placed without any logical flow, making it difficult to move fluidly from one workout to the next. There's clearly been little thought put into the member experience. The flooring is torn and uneven in several places, posing a serious tripping hazard--shocking for a place that markets itself as premium. Machines are rusty, old, and completely outdated, despite the gym being newly opened. It gives the place a rundown, neglected feel. Customer service is equally frustrating. Management is almost impossible to reach, and when you do manage to flag someone down, the response to complaints is sluggish and dismissive. There's zero sense of urgency or care. The wet area is cramped and uncomfortable, with minimal space to keep your bags or even get dressed. You're left trying to juggle everything on tiny, crowded bench --far from relaxing or functional. No or limited floor support available. You're entirely on your own, whether you're new to the gym or halfway through a tough set. No trainers, no assistance. Overall, this gym is a complete disappointment. Bad layout, unsafe conditions, poor customer service, and a total lack of support. Not worth your time or money.

There were huge expectations when FF announced its new platinum gym in GIP, however it has been a complete let down, few noteworthy points- - the mall itself, parking managed by goons - poor infrastructure of gym, in around a month the floor on multiple places has broken or a visible dent is there, posing security risk - ice bath (so called USP), never available to book - poor hygiene in washrooms - missing aspect- spinning studio - too much crowd: in name of platinum, membership has been sold aggressively, resulting in chaos in peak hours - poor planning- mostly no availability of lockers Only good aspect which remains the same is amazing trainers and front desk staff. PS: I am a regular member of Fitness first for more than 3-4 yrs

terrible experience despite booking a trial beforehand in morning itself, first visited the dlf outlet there i was informed the outlet is closed and shifted to another mall which is gip I went there and they said they take paid trials good job would never recommend this to anyone was thinking to shift gyms but this is one id never take

Never a good experience. The front desk staff doesn't know how to deal with customers and always has excuses -- most often claiming they don't have locker cards available. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the brand's reputation.

The gym is well equipped with equipments be it for Cardio or for weight training. You have cycles, Kettle Bells, Dumb Bells, TRX Ropes, Joggers, etc. The trainers are more than helpful. Personal Training Sessions are available at extra cost. The classes are diverse and you can choose whatever you are comfortable with. Changing rooms, Showers and Lockers are available. There is a vending machine for tea and coffee. The list of classes is endless from Cycling to Boxing, Spinning, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, Dance and Dance Fitness. You do however need to book your spot for the classes. You do get a discount on parking for a couple of hours if you come to the gym in your own vehicle. Just get your parking slip to the gym and don't forget to get it stamped. You can also ask for a diet chart to compliment your work out sessions. You can expect clean and hygienic wash rooms and hot water.

A brand new, well equipped gym ,5 star ambience and upkeep Trainers are fantastic with good experience-I have been working out with Personal Trainer Pankaj Khanna for last almost 1.5 years and I have lost 40 kg through a combination of work out and diet.He is a very good trainer who understands your requirement and tailors workouts accordingly.

Responsive and responsible management and all staff. It's a pleasure to workout at the gym. I look forward to my daily workout!

However, there is room for improvement regarding the car parking policy, as it charges a partial fee despite expectations of full free parking. At times, the atmosphere may resemble that of a local gym, which may not align with desired standards. Additionally, the current demographic composition exhibits an unfavorable girl-to-boy ratio. Nonetheless, the facility excels in offering exceptional batch classes for those seeking that particular service.
