Body Station is an excellent gym with top-notch facilities and a very positive environment. All the trainers are really good, supportive, and well-experienced. A special mention to Ansika, a wonderful woman trainer - she is very helpful, friendly, and always motivates everyone to give their best. She truly cares about her clients and guides them perfectly throughout their fitness journey. The owner, Mr. Amit Rathi, is very good and humble. He treats everyone like family and creates a friendly, comfortable vibe that makes every workout session enjoyable Overall, Body Station is the perfect place to stay fit, healthy, and motivated. I've been going to this gym for a while now and honestly, it's one of the best decisions I've made. The equipment is solid -- everything's in good condition and there's a great mix of machines, free weights, and space for stretching or functional training. The vibe here is what really makes it stand out. People are focused but friendly, and the staff actually care. They're quick to help and super approachable, which is refreshing. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or more advanced -- you won't feel judged here.

Top class gym No other gym can match its vibe and facilities Daily Zumba/ Aerobics/ Yoga and special classes are also done for Combat. Staff is too good and owner is too good.

Central A/C don't work properly they use big coolers instead alot of machines and good and unique that you won't find anywhere else ambiance is great, but the worst part gym is overcrowded , you have to always wait between sets. If you do your gym in peak hours especially during evening consider some other option.
