Experience is good. Madam priya and my PT ashutosh are well knowledgeable person. Having good experience over here. All trainers are good even staff members are polite. Ambient place for working out both male and females can do.

I have been to almost all Gym's of Mughalsarai, and till now i feel this is the best gym in existence. Just not good in equipment and space but also the behaviour and support of the trainers and management. They greet you always whenever you come and leave. They give diet chart .. best thing that is helping me everyday is the fitness card that they provide. With all the exercises you need to do everyday in steps so you don't have to run around trainer always for your daily workout, just follow the exercises given in card and if you have doubt ask trainers and they always help in the best way They have good Aircondition, helpful trainers, CCTVs, and drinking water mats and basically whatever you gonna need in a gym. Equipments are in good condition except for one or two treadmills but it's same everywhere so it's not a very big problem though. Good gym for girls too .. and they don't have any different timing for girls and boys so .. you can step in any time and you will feel safe and helpful.

I started the gym in 2023. I was not expecting such great service in a small town gym. Within 2 months I was able to shed 6 kg weight. Thanks to help from the trainers. The gym is safe for women and is well equipped. I would recommend it to people in mughalsarai who plan on starting their fitness journey.
