The staff frequently cleans the machines and equipment, and there's always sanitizer and wipes available for members. Trainers and Staff: The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, offering great advice tailored to individual goals. The front-desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Group Classes: They offer a variety of group classes like yoga, Zumba, HIIT, and spin. I personally love the yoga sessions - the instructor is excellent at accommodating all fitness levels. Membership Options: Their pricing is competitive, and they offer flexible membership plans. I went for the annual package, which also includes access to personal training sessions. Atmosphere: The vibe is energetic and motivating. There's a good mix of people here, from beginners to fitness enthusiasts, and everyone is respectful of each other's space. Room for Improvement: The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak hours, but that's expected with such a great gym.
