GOLD'S GYM

This place is a time machine , It can take you back to your glory day's.

The gym is good, but the AC and Steam should be on like all the time while gym is in operation, They should have clear instructions and should remind people publicly to wear separate shoes and not their daily shoes for hygienic purposes. No body wash and shampoo in bathrooms. No paper cups for water if u forget your bottle. Less machines for workout but overall it's good. The trainers are very nice but some of them do tend to stick you with personal training by giving you wrong information. If u really feel that you want to get PT then only go for it. Don't listen to the trainers.

Worst Gym in Moradabad, They don't even have a General Floor Trainer. There are some 18-19 year old kids who wore general trainers T-shirts but they have only one work in the gym, they just came and walked around here and there and they don't even suggest you anything about exercise. The Gym Policy is very clear they just blackmail you to opt for their Personal Training Programme in that case you have to give them 8-10 thousand a month to opt for a personal training programme from very unprofessional trainers. The cleaning staff are one of the worst staff in this gym they don't even clear any equipment or mat even after asking several times to do the same. Maybe the owners of this gym are ultra rich or they have other sources to earn money because if they are interested in running this gym then they definitely do something about these matters. Mr. Surendra who wore a gym manager's t-shirt always came at 8 AM when most of the members departed and sat comfortably in his chamber provided by the owners. Overall experience in this gym is the worst if you are going to a gym to do some serious exercise but a best place to time pass. Owners should hire a very good general trainer to most of its members or shut this gym and open a restaurant to earn his breads. Please don't waste your hard money by buying its membership. Trust me my feedback is 100% genuine and unbiased based on my personal experience.

Great ambience and staff. Reception is also good with multiple resources for exercising in the gym. Nice bifurcation of dedicated spaces for Cardio, Strength, Yoga, Dance & Resistance training
