Pros: Good spacious gym with a variety of equipments and free weights. Trainers and instructors are professional, and do good job with supporting the fitness goals of individuals. The gym also has an open roof area for cross-fit training. Cons: - Can get a little crowded at times, especially during morning hours. I guess a drawback of being a good gym. - Open-roof area could do with maintenance; however, given the limited usage by the members, probably not much incentive.
