I'm loving the overall experience at this gym equipments and trainer's all are good and helpful for beginners and even good for athletics training

TheKGN 2.0 Gym is a really great place to work out! They have awesome equipment that's even better than other gyms around. The people who work there, from the owner to the trainers, are super friendly and helpful. It sounds like they really care about making everyone feel welcome. Some people mentioned it can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but overall, it seems like a fantastic gym with lots of ways to get fit, like cardio, strength training, and even CrossFit! gym is too good ,

Best and biggest gym in Mirzapur Highly advanced equipment and certified trainers here so must join fitness freaks.

Update: I recently visited KGN Gym Cafe and tried their boiled chicken which they provide with salad and chutney for Rs 100. The 150gm chicken breast was satisfying and healthy. I also enjoyed their Natrabay Gold Tri-Blend protein shake for Rs 60 in Malai Kulfi flavor. A great, budget-friendly option for fitness enthusiasts! KGN 2.0 gym offers cutting-edge equipment, surpassing others in the area. However, it gets cramped when busy, especially in the evenings, causing discomfort. Despite the space constraint, the advanced machines make it a go-to spot for fitness enthusiasts.
