Today I was in hospital on approx 9:30am for ultrasound but there was a little crowd. It's OK. But the girl on bill counter couldn't handle 2 or 3 people at once and even she wasn't give proper response just giving a casual attitude towards all. Her behavior was just so casual that she didn't want answer. So I just walk out. It was my second in your hospital and both the time your employees behavior is not so good. Not only with me, with everyone.
