It's better than the gyms located in around it's locality. The whole of second floor is covered by the gym. There are two sides - one is designated for cardio exercising and the other for strength training. The trainers are very helpful and keep motivating and pushing you. Besides, they are well-informed and training under them bears fruit. The gym is very organised and disciplined and you have to follow certain rules so that things are efficient and swift. Overall, the place is really nice if you're looking to gym in the locality
